Just like a previous article assumed, there’s a great potential in bottled water. Not only children and parents (https://welikedrinks.nl/bottled-water-has-great-potential-with-kids/) will become part of the clientele that’s interested nice looking bottled water. Since the category is growing, competition will be growing as well and bottled water producers will have to stand out to have people buy their products.
This is probably PepsiCo’s vision as well. The brand has announced to launch LIFEWTR, not only a very healthy but also a very outstanding water because of its unique and creative designs. The purified water which is pH balanced and added with electrolytes for taste, will be released in the US in February.
The design of LIFEWTR is something special. The bottle will be packed in bottles which will be created by emerging artists and will be released in a series of three that changes several times a year. In this way LIFEWTR will provide exposure for emerging artists from all over the world. Jakeman, the president of Global Beverage Group – PepsiCo explains: “Our LIFEWTR artists will turn the traditional bottle label into a unique masterpiece that speaks to the creativity – and source of creation – linked to the brand’s core.’
The launch of LIFEWTR also contributes to promise of PepsiCo that at least two-thirds of the company's global beverage portfolio volume would have 100 calories or fewer from added sugars per 12-ounce serving.
